We worked with a flagship initiative under the Doctors of British Columbia to support the organization on their transformation towards a stronger and more collaborative operating model. This transformation was key in supporting their continued organizational growth and alignment with stakeholders.
We co-designed an approach that took participants through a collaborative discovery process. Through a series of interviews and a workshop, we explored new collaborative ways of working and the opportunities to define a new working relationship across diverse stakeholder groups. The work resulted in a series of recommendations to support evolving their operating model.
